Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your CimAlp product and would like to exchange it for another size, colour or model, we would be more than happy to help*.
Your order has been prepared with care, and we hope that it will give you full satisfaction. If not, any item may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We expect returned products to be clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. ANY FAULTY ITEM THAT IS NOT IN A SUITABLE RESALE CONDITON (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND SENT BACK TO YOU.
To make a return request:
- Go to your customer account, and select Order History and Details
- Click on DETAILS (in the right column)
- Select the product(s) to return
- Indicate if you wish to receive a replacement product or to be refunded
- Once your return has been approved, you will be able to find a pre-paid return label in the right column. (approx. 10 mins)
To return the product(s):
- Print the return label
- Attach the pre-paid postage label to the package and drop it at the nearest Post Office. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for your package to reach us and be processed.
- Once we have received and reviewed your package, exchanges will be sent within 48 hours, and refunds will be processed within 10 working days (max.) to the original payment method.
- Nota Bene 1: Only the first return is free. In case of a second return, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. (no prepaid label)
- Nota Bene 2: Free returns are only possible for countries in the European Union and the geographical area Europe; For other customers please send the products back to CIMALP / 30 Route de la Roche / 26320 SAINT MARCEL LES VALENCE / FRANCE to be refunded
Should you ask for a refund, please note that the amount refunded is calculated on a pro-rata basis if the product(s) has/have been rebated when purchased:
Situation 1:
The order contains: product A at €99 and product B at £69 + a discount of £25 (e.g., discount of the week)
The discount received is 25 / (99+69) = 14.88%.
Returning product A will be refunded 99-14.88% = £84.27
Situation 2:
The order contains: product A at £25 and product B at £35 + a discount of £15 (e.g., VIP Club discount)
The discount received is 15 / (25+35) = 25%.
Returning product B will be refunded 35-25% = £26.25
Situation 3:
The order contains: Product A at £99 and product B £149.
As a VIP member, you are eligible for a 5% discount.
You then get a 15% cumulative discount code applied to your shopping cart.
Your purchase is then equal to (99 + 149) -15% = 210.80 - 5% = £200,26
The total discount is, therefore, [(99+149)- 200.26] / (99+149) = 19.25%
Returning product A will be refunded 99-19.25% = £79.94
